Downderry Prefab Completed!

The brief was to build a dream family home in Downderry, overlooking Cornwall’s beautiful south east coastline. It turned into a dream project for us, too.

Because we were main contractors, we’ve been able to plan and co-ordinate everything from the very beginning. We’ve worked very closely with the family throughout the project to ensure the budget isn’t busted but the build has still achieved everything they wanted. The scaffold came down just after Christmas and we have nearly completed the internal finishes.

All in all it’s been a great success and they are moving in shortly to start a new life in home specifically designed for them. we’ve loved this project because it goes to show how the prefab approach can be economical, fast and individual.
