We love it when we’re in at the beginning of a project. We can work from the ground up and really get to grips with exactly what our clients want. So we were delighted when the Doyles engaged us to build their new Downderry home, on the back of the Downderry project we finished earlier this year.
The stunning designs by Harrison-Sutton Partnership make maximum use of the plot chosen for the project, which has 180 degree uninterrupted sea views and a beautiful flat garden area which is well deserving of the build, which has real architectural merit. It makes the hard work of laying the foundations a bit easier when you have views like that as a backdrop. We’re still at the ground works stage but will be taking the build to completion by Aug 2017, doing most of the work ourselves, and project managing all sub-contractors.
