We were recommended Doyle & Whitley by our architect Martin Back of Bazeley’s in Bude. We first met Tom and Will at a project they were just completing in October 2017 and were immediately impressed with their professionalism, straight talking and pragmatic approach. We offered them the contract in November 2017 and they broke ground for us in early January 2018. We expected a ten-month build programme but they actually completed the project in nine

 

Bearing in mind we live nearly three hours from site, it was of utmost importance to us that the build was in safe hands, that we could trust our contractor to deliver and that costs were managed. We feel extremely fortunate to have found this with Doyle & Whitley. From the outset communication has been excellent: we have been fully informed of progress throughout the build at regular intervals and worked with Tom, Will and their team to overcome any issues that have arisen along the way.

 

We’ve also been very pleased with their attention to detail and their efforts in trying to keep costs under control whilst still building a high quality home.
